Description
We are in Skyros, the southernmost and largest island of the Northern Sporades.

The film opens on the Molos beach of Skyros with fishing boats around. Two fishermen gather their fishing nets and a little boy in a swimsuit and straw hat goes around on the boat. We see panoramic shots of the city through the car, the port and the mountains of the island with the highest being the Mount Kochylas (792 m.). A woman, holding binoculars, admires the view of the green landscape and the sea of Pefkos beach, which is one of the island’s most popular beaches. We see a general view of the landscape, as a car of that era passes in front of the camera.

The view changes and we see the crowd in the Chora (island’s capital), a narrow street full of people, views of the market and the lens stands on the Castle which is located on a steep cliff 179 meters above from Chora. In front of it, is the Monastery of Agios Georgios (or Ai-Giorgis o Epanotos).

We see a general shot-probability taken from the monastery-of Pouria beach, of the white buildings that are scattered in it, the islet where the church of Agios Ermolaos is located and then the coastal road of the Chora of Skyros.

A woman admires the Monument "Statue of Immortal Poetry" in honor of the English philhellene poet Rupert Brooke who died in Skyros during the First World War, work of the sculptor Michael Tombros, located in Brook Square in Chora. Back to Chora a man looks at the camera and comes towards the lens. The lens follows him for a while and the film closes with the woman in the ferryboat, on the trip back home.
