Description
Ceannabeinne is a village in the province of Sutherland, in the north of the Highlands in Scotland.

The filmmaker heads by car to Ceannabeinne Beach, where we watch a beautiful, white, sandy beach, amid rocks that form a bay containing it.

We see little children getting into the sea, and the filmmaker himself too coming in and out quickly, as we hear him say that it is very cold.

We also watch images of two little children playing with sand and the film closes with general shots of the beach.

Creator's description

This beach is really fabulous, and we’re lucky because the weather is positively warm today. What a shame it is that the water is so cold. Don’t judge by those children –after all they’re children, so they don’t mind the cold. But look, there goes that foolish fellow again. Hey, wait, stop, you idiot! Where do you think you’re going? You’ll freeze to death out there… I think he has decided that discretion is the better part of valour, after all, and… yes, he is now beating a hasty retreat. I don’t think he’ll try that again in a hurry.
