We are in Paris, at the 40th Air Show that took place from June 11 to 20, 1993.
The film opens with people watching the planes and then the filmmaker shows us the aircraft's displays in the air. We see various types of airplanes flying as well as in-between footage with people watching and recording them, with some of the airplanes performing elaborate maneuvers.
The filmmaker continues with the landing of a Royal Air Force British Aerospace Harrier GR.5/GR.7 military aircraft and gets back to the aerial demonstrations. Afterwards, we see the crowd watching, planes taking off and landing as the lens focuses on a McDonnell Douglas MD-90 being shown for the first time at this particular show.
The film closes with a demonstration of a fighter jet in the air, the Sukhoi Su-27, as well as its landing.
