Description
We are in Valletta, the capital of Malta, known as Il-Belt (The City) in Maltese.

The film opens with shots of the city. We see the streets with cars of that era and the camera is standing on a building. The shots from the city continue from the moving car where the filmmaker is.

We then see buses of that era stopped, the building structure of the city as well as shots of the port. The view changes to a flea market, a general shot of the city from a certain height and a street with crowds of people coming and going. The camera stops on a poster of Dom Mintoff, former Prime Minister of Malta and a sign informing us that we are in Valletta.

The film closes with a man who makes a motion to the filmmaker to follow him.
