Description
We are on an overseas voyage aboard the tanker "World Beauty”.
The film opens with the bow of the ship and then the lens focuses on a small boy who wanders on the ship. The filmmaker gets back to the ship’s bow and stands there for a while before showing us the mast and a part of the sign that reads “Beauty”. A man approaches the lens smiling as the little boy follows behind him.
The camera shows us the man reading a newspaper and afterwards a smiling woman holding the little boy and helping him go up the stairs. We see shots of the woman and the man taking turns in holding the little boy on the deck and we once again see the woman who helps the child to go up the stairs as we see the back of the ship in the background.
The film closes with the woman holding the baby boy in her arms and smiling.
