Corfu is an island in the Ionian Sea, in Greece.
The connection with mainland Greece is made by boat from the port of Igoumenitsa.
The film begins with the departure of the ferry boat, from the port of Igoumenitsa, where we can see an advertising label of the pasta industry MISKO and various traditional and modern buildings.
The distance of 20 miles is covered and we start to see Corfu from the sea.
Zoom in at the old Fortress of Corfu and a great panoramic view of the port. In the background the bell tower of the holy church of Agios Spyridon and some wonderful neoclassical buildings of the island.
